- Bachelor’s Degree and any combination of training, education, and documentation experience.
- 5 years of any combination of experience related to ERP System development, consulting and/or training experience, and/or five years of professional functional finance, budget, payroll, human resources and/or procurement experience including using an ERP system
- Demonstrated experience working with streaming audio and video, compression methods, file types and formats, and related software and platforms (i.e. Camtasia, Studio, Kaltura, etc.).
- Competency with basic HTML editing software and basic image editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Snagit, and productivity software and tools.
- Ability to apply aesthetic judgment and skill in preparing communication materials.
- Ability to effectively communicate and adapt training content to learners of varying skill level; quickly learn new concepts and applications and translate into training content.
- Ability to plan effectively to meet established deadlines.
- Aptitude for communicating technical information in an informative, entertaining, and educational format; and ability to develop course content with demonstrated experience delivering system and/or process training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Worked on systems and trained on these technology systems, translate technical details to individuals that are not technical and have different learning capabilities.
- Design and build courses.
- Update fact sheets and training catalogs as changes happen.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (financial, purchasing, budget, human resources, payroll, recruiting, and/or timekeeping).
- Seasoned professional that can adapt fluidly to the changing needs of the user community, foster change, overcome resistance, and positively promote organizational objectives.

- Designs and develops ERP training course content and materials, the delivery of training, and coaching.
- Establish productive working relationships with, functional subject matter experts (SME), and other key stakeholders to foster quality material development and training delivery as appropriate. Leads and facilitates discussions and meetings.
- Create custom course content that combines system functionality with business processes and policy. Creates written documentation, including training plans, end user manuals, reference guides, surveys, news articles, reports, and e-mail communications.
- Develop courses that include instructor-led video on demand and print learning resources.
- Deliver classroom and online training; define a comprehensive solution training strategy and assure cross training objectives are met. Translates complex topics into useful information that is clear and easy to understand for the intended audience.
- Populate, organize, maintain, and update a centralized content repository.
- Support the user community and ERP governance structure including, but not limited to administrative support, meeting coordination, and facilitation.
- Works with subject matter experts to assure that training materials and communications are consistent with USNH policies, and to foster increased efficiencies across the user community.
